If you consider yourself somewhat of a wordsmith, you simply can't miss this stimulating opportunity to showcase your French to our international Francophile community.

Now in its 23rd year, La Plume d'Or is a global celebration of the Semaine de la Francophonie and the richness of Francophone cultures, organised by the French Senate for students of Alliance Française of A2 level of higher.

Taking the form of a two-part paper with a two-hour time limit, participants will first engage in a language exercise component (marked out of 60 by our Sydney teaching staff) before progressing to the written expression component worth 40 points (marked by the Défense de la Langue Française jury).
